Have You Ever Been Treated Unfairly?

Have you ever been treated unfairly? Spoken against when you did nothing wrong? Faced a situation where injustice seemed to win? We’ve all been there. And in those moments, the question comes: How are we supposed to remain patient when life feels so unfair?

That’s exactly what we’ll be talking about tomorrow as we continue our series “Therefore.” In James 5, James writes: “Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord” (James 5:7, ESV). This passage gives us hope and direction when patience feels impossible. James gives us several examples that remind us God is not blind to our struggles - He is working even when we can’t see it, and He ultimately promises that His return will set all things right. With this in mind, we’ll also share Communion together tomorrow. It’s an opportunity to remember the patience and suffering of Jesus on our behalf, and to look ahead to the day when He comes again.

I want to encourage you: make it a priority to be with us tomorrow. And don’t come alone! Invite someone who needs to hear this message of hope and grace.

See you tomorrow at 10am!
Pastor Tyler
